My Journey: A Search for Purpose

In 2022, I faced a turning point that brought me face-to-face with death. My body was under siege, battling multiple attacks of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Uveitis. At the same time, the outside world seemed to conspire against me for standing up for what I believed was right. For over seven years, I had been in direct conflict with dark forces, a battle that began indirectly in my childhood.

As I stared into the abyss, I questioned everything. How could my body, mind, and soul falter when I stood on the side of dharma, the truth? Was the path I chose flawed? Was I unprepared to face such powerful adversities? Perhaps Mother Nature was guiding me toward a different path, one I had resisted for too long.

Maybe I had taken my body for granted, forgetting to respect the vessel that carries us through life. Perhaps I had misused my soul in my younger years, neglecting the wisdom that comes with experience. Or maybe, just maybe, Mother Nature was preparing me for something greater, a purpose I have yet to fully understand.

Today, I am still seeking answers. Like many of you, I am on a journey to discover the true purpose of my life. Each day brings new questions, new challenges, and new opportunities for growth. And through it all, I remain committed to finding the path that aligns with my soul's deepest truth and which ultimately leads to realisation of the true power of soul.

Below is an anonymous quote which I accidently stumbled upon which summarises my message beautifully:

“As long as you are a human being you gonna have to taste suffering. You gonna have to feel the fear and pain. It’s a necessary part of the play. It’s a necessary part of life. Because I know in my own case, some of the most profound awakening moments or healing moments came from having to face that fear and darkness. Lot of people will think, we should try to avoid that or get around it or push it under the rug. We don’t really talk about it, but for me, those moments have been very important for my life because it helped me really step deeper into my power, to become clearer, to have more clarity on who I truly am and what my place is here in this world at this time. So I am deeply grateful for those moments because it truly helped me to shape the way I live and to be greatful for life. We can give so much energy and so much importance to these things that don’t really matter, yet we are alive that in and itself is a gift.”

 Why Vanashala Was Formed

Vanashala Foundation is a Charitable Trust born out of a profound realization: the true purpose of life is to give. In the current age of Kali Yuga, people have lost touch with the universal energy, succumbing to greed and desire. This disconnection has a detrimental effect on the health of the body, mind, and soul. Vanashala (Vana means Forest in Sanskrit, Shala means building in Sanskrit) is my humble attempt to reverse this trend.

Our foundation invites volunteers to join us in two main streams:

1. SOIL STREAM

At my farm, we care for native cows. Our model of regenerative agriculture is scalable and designed to be easily replicated. We aim to educate farmers about regenerative practices and the production of biologically complete compost, which serves as a natural alternative to fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and other chemical inputs.

Our vision is to transform gowshalas (cow shelters) across India into centers for producing biologically complete compost, replacing harmful agri-chemical inputs in the market. We seek volunteers to live on the farm, learn regenerative agriculture, and share this vital knowledge with the public, especially through social media in their native languages. There is so much truth to share, and we need your support.

2. SOUL STREAM

Our farmhouse, a simple hut made of coconut leaves with a banyan tree growing within, is a sanctuary for healing. Guests who stay here often experience rapid healing, though the process is beyond explanation—it's something you must experience for yourself. During your stay, you can study books from our extensive library and share your knowledge with others, especially to help those in need, through social media in your native language. We have a wealth of truth to spread, and your contribution is invaluable. Staying at the healing farm house is on paid basis.

What More Can You Do at Vanashala?

  • Gain hands-on experience in sustainable farming practices.
  • Understand the care and management of native cows.
  • Explore creative projects and contribute to the farm's growth.
  • If you're skilled in agriculture, you can help reverse the chemically deteriorated soil on nearby farms.
  • Read books from the library
  • If you're staying with your partner, Vanashala is an ideal place to conceive, with its high vibrations and spiritually conducive environment.
  • Engage in ancient Vedic fire rituals to connect with the divine.
